If you don't need or aren't ready for a longer-term coaching program, I offer individual services such as:

• Grocery store tours - Learn how to read labels and successfully navigate the grocery store in a healthy way!

• Single-session one-on-one coaching (not as effective as a longer program since lasting change takes time, but can be helpful if you have one specific issue you are just wanting some guidance on)

• Educational How to Make Supportive Food Choices download 

• Pantry purge - Get help identifying and clearing out the unsupportive foods from your pantry and fridge!

• Custom coaching packages
